Willows Brother Pete
Peter is an adventuresome and energetic little rescue dog who ends up in some very interesting situations. We say he is an Always Distracted Dog or ADD, but instead of this being a challenge, Peter’s energy and enthusiasm create some wonderful learning opportunities and help him meet lots of new friends.
Peter The Always Distracted Dog is a book that embraces young children having Attention Deficit Disorder. Having ADD or ADHD can be a challenge, but it can also be a gift. Many, many successful people have been diagnosed with ADD, and it has helped pave their way to success. Peter illustrates the positive aspects of living with ADD and helps children (and parents) embrace these traits while having a stronger understanding of their feelings and behavior. The book also includes notes for parents, caregivers, and teachers to help them have a greater understanding of ADD and how to help the ADD person they love in their life thrive.
